Class Schedule
I teach three times a week at Yoga Yoga North: Monday      - 7:30pm Vinyasa - Wednesday - 7:30pm Vinyasa - Thursday - 4:30pm Vinyasa I also Manage Yoga Yoga North and am always open to helping new or experienced students with any questions.
