About Me
I'm a yoga teacher and Manager of Yoga Yoga Westgate in Austin Texas.

I spend most my time talking, practicing, learning and teaching yoga.
I work with teachers locally and nationally.
All of different styles and backgrounds and with countless students of age, abilities, interests and paths.
They are all fantastic and seeing my Studio packed with students is one of my favorite things!
